Sharing a Computer Screen via Zoom

Note: You must have the most recent version of the Zoom client installed to share your screen to the TV in the conference room. If the Zoom client is out of date or not installed at all, you will be prompted to update or install it as you complete the process outlined below.

Instructions:

  1. Using the touch-controller on the table, tap on “Share”.
  2. Using the computer that you would like to share the screen on, navigate to share.zoom.us
  3. Enter the Meeting ID (This is displayed on the touch-controller and the TV) and click on “Share Screen”.
  4. Zoom will launch. At this point, if your Zoom client is not installed or updated, you will be prompted to complete this task.
  5. Zoom will ask you for the Meeting Passcode. Enter the meetings passcode from the touch-controller or TV, then click on “Join Meeting”.
  6. You can now either select the content that you would like to share or share your entire screen to the TV in the conference room. If you would like to share your computer audio, tick the “Share Audio” box.
  7. When you are done sharing, clicking on “Stop Sharing” on your computer, or tapping “Stop Share” on the touch-controller will disconnect all sharing.
